When I was a young girl in Florida, I was inspired by the awesome descriptions of canyons, mesas, and ranch lands written by my favorite author Zane Grey.  I hoped and daydreamed of living in the West.  It is a dream come true to live and paint in the Rocky Mountains and the beautiful red Rock Country of Utah, Arizona and New Mexico.  I usually paint in oil or acrylic but I also enjoy experimenting with other mediums and textures to enhance my paintings.
